Shipping and Handling
Items purchased from The DLucs Collection can be shipped anywhere in the world. All items are sent via the US Postal Service unless alternate services are requested and any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery of purchases may vary depending on final destination and shipping rates vary by products and quantities ordered.
All orders must be pre-paid with a check or by credit card. The DLucs Collection accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
A check, or credit card number (with expiration date and signature) must accompany all orders. There is a $25.00 service fee on all returned checks.
In the event of requests for order cancellation received in writing via email to email@example.com, if the order has not been processed or shipped, it will be cancelled at no charge.
If the request for order cancellation is received in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org after the product has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for either keeping the product ordered, or return shipping back to the DLucs Collection.
A $25 restock fee may be charged.
Products damaged during shipment
If a product purchased from the DLucs Collection was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via email at email@example.com and we will arrange, if possible, to have a replacement sent. In those instances where a replacement is not available, a refund or alternate product of equal value will be offered in compensation. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damage claims received after 24 hours will be reviewed before being approved.
